If you want palace type opulence, then this hotel is not for you. If you want modern, clean cut, spacious, with excellent spa and fitness facilities, value for money, with amazingly helpful staff and guest relations and you like the colour white you'll love this place like we do. The pool and pool bar has a great spacious vibe, the gardens and outside space is well kept and tended on a daily basis. The breakfast is wholesome and bountiful, with lots of choice. The bar and food prices are also great value for money. The location is second to none and is our favourite on the konyalti beach area. Walk through the adjacent park with restaurants, bars and coffee shops, then jump in a taxi for a 5 minute journey to old town Antalya. It is subliminal. The hotel SU have an alliance with the Aydin beach club a stones throw from the hotel which is amazing, with great staff and service with a smile and a laugh and a great local wine selection. We stumbled across the Hotel SU but it is now our goto hotel in Antalya.. the suites are amazing by the way if you love space. The only hotel that provides a bed on your balcony, absolute quality..

Absolutely amazing hotel , had a bottle of champagne & cake delivered unexpectedly for my birthday was a wonderful surprise . Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour.

No not at all. I mainly wanted to use the pool since I love swimming. Pool was cold and there were no lifeguards when I tried to swim at 530 pm on Match 5th. It should have been open till 10 pm just like gym.The temperature was supposed to be 28.4 like every other indoor pools in the hotels worldwide. It was only 22C. So I couldn't swim. My reservation was for 3 days. I only stayed one night. Following morning I talked to 2 managers in the hotel they both said there is nothing they could do so I left the hotel in the morning of March 6th. I paid for 3 nights, half board , March 5 ,6 and 7. I only had dinner on March 5th. I didn't even have breakfast on March 6th because I was so upset after talking to the managers. They were not friendly and not willing to help at all. I lost my money thru no fault of mine. I moved to a different hotel with a functioning pool and my vacation ended up being more expensive unexpectedly and unfairly. I would give this hotel 1 star

We had an amazing time at Hotel SU - the whole team were so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and ensured we had the best experience - the staff at Hotel SU always went out of their way to help us. For example, whenever we needed milk for our toddler - they always provided it at the perfect temperature at no additional cost to us. The breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from - you’re literally spoilt for choice! The hotel is in a great location - plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also amazing - they have so many options for dining and room service too. The pools were great and they have plenty of activities for children too. This is a family-friendly hotel and we would love to come back again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Hotel SU!

It's a different interior colourings. Wite and red all over. Maybe it's not my taste, but tge facility lication is convenient. I was renting a car, therefore i didn’t experience a yransportation issues especially when parking is available on site. The hotel management is very good, i was allocated a room didn't meet my expectation, and i raised the iasue via expedia. They ended up changing my room which was very good. In general it was a nuce experience.

The day we were going to check out one of our shoes worth 5000 tl got changed by a fake version of it ours was sketchers and was changed by super sonic a used pair of shoes and smelled bad in comparison to our brand new shoes

This was a family trip, and it’s actually my second time staying at this hotel – the first was 7 years ago. I chose it again because I really love this area; it’s lively and close to the city center, which makes it a great option especially for those without a car. Right across the hotel there’s a shopping mall, games, and even a water park, which made it very convenient. The service is excellent, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are truly friendly and always willing to help. The food in the hotel is also very nice, and the prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old and could use some renovation, but they are still spacious and comfortable. My son really enjoyed his time here, and so did we. Overall, I loved my stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again if I travel to Antalya in the future. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their great work!
