A nice spot, really appreciated the spa tub in the room and English option tv channels. Staff were very helpful and had great English. Breakfast buffet was good

I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Compact room but very clean , good desk and lighting. Bus stops across the street to everywhere. On the edge of old town and ski resorts, lovely views. The personnel was very friendly and helpful Craig

It is the perfect hotel for a stay in Bursa. The hotel is brand new to a reasonable price. Centrally located in the heart of the City. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a truely comfortable stay. The rooms are elegantly designed and provide a very nice atmosphere . The breakfast selections were excellent.

The room was not at all as presented in the photos. Cleanliness and hygiene is unacceptable. There was fungus in the fridge and hair on sheets. When we asked to change for a cleaner room, they refused and asked for more money.

Dear expedia team,
The previous stay in this hotel was not up to the mark.
1) sauna was not working
2) fitnees center didnt have any working equipments
3) bath was not working.
Only thing good was breakfast.
The only reason we choose this property was becuse it had these amenities.
The place where we had work had better hotelz but no fitness center.
It was sad we disnt have options to work on.
The recpetionist didnt speak good english and it seemed we were a trouble to her.
For whatever we asked she declined.
Rooms were small,
Beds were joined.
No extra pillows were given on first night
Other than breakfast the hotel was a dissappointment.

My roo hasn’t been cleaned for three days, and when I argued to the reception they just told me we have nothing to do to you.
Receptionist called “Imra” I think , was very rude and telling me to wait and will call you back, but he never called back until the next shift came and they changed my dirty towels and gave me new pillows.

It was the worst hotel ever they changed my room 2 times first one everything was not working tel cooler etc. Seconed room I found a mouse in the room it was dirty. Internet was not working and pool is closed.
