A very nice, well kept hotel with a nice pool/beach area. Never felt busy. Marberis on reception was able to upgrade my room for free and have my room ready by 10.30am, very handy as my flight landed at 8am. The hotel is next door to a mall that has plenty of food options, supermarket, pharmacy, clothes and coffee shops.

Beautiful hotel. On arrival they gave us a free upgrade and the decor was stunning. Lovely touch of rose petals scattered around the bed and bathroom areas. We had a very comfortable stay.

Because we had a car the hotel was perfect. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Our bedroom was amazing. We ate at the restaurant a few times in the evening and the buffet was great. We also ate one evening on the fish restaurant and that too was great. The swimming pool area was good. I used the gym a few time and this had plenty of exercises machines although I only used the theeamill

This property is old and well maintained. Check in was smooth and the room was very spacious. We were provided an additional bed make us even more comfortable. The pool was clean but the temperature control was not working and that was very disappointing as the weather was cold. Also the Hydro massage room was free for guests when we stayed here two years back, but is now charged at 150 per person which I felt was a rip off. There is hardly any beach left here due to the construction. It was more like a river. Service levels from the staff was excellent. Buffet BF and Dinner had a good spread and were all well cooked.

The hotel now looks a bit rundown but thankfully we stayed at the new extension where the rooms are spacious and nicely designed with great views. Housekeeping and room service is top notch.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the Lunch/Dinner Buffet. We had paid for Half board and being a vegetarian, this has to be the worst hotel where I have eaten. They had extremely limited options which were tasteless and not to mention they were using the same cutlery for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes and didn't have a seperate counter as to how a standard 5 star hotel should have. Also, the staff was mostly absent or running around and you had to catch 1 of them to ask them what dish it was (some dishes would be missing tags) and the staff would be clueless and go ask the chef inside the kitchen.
The facilities including the main pool, kids splash pad and beach are superb.
We tried to play table tennis, but the rackets are probably 10 years old and the cheapest quality you would have seen. Seriously guys, 5 star hotel and your keeping 10dh rackets? The same was for their other sporting equipment so we didn't bother. Squash also is not free and is charged by the hour. The attendant also seemed rude and wasn't hospitable.

The rooms are old, they are not equipped with the right charging accessories to charge an iphone/cell phones. Just not enough plugs in general to be able to charge anything. The hair dryer that came with the room was low quality. Staff are very nice but they come too often.

The receptionist was very nice and recognized me as a Expedia platinum members and informed me that my room would be upgraded to spacious sea view room with balcony. The Manager Guruh was very nice and professional. The breakfast variety was good and all the staff is very polite and helpful.
