If you just glance the hotel appears to be attractive and clean . However when you had to retrieve a dropped item from under the table or chair it was obvious details were missed. When headed to bed and locking up for The night The door lock was coming apart from the door . Not the worst place To stay but need to pay attention to repairs and details

Location is convenient and the price is affordable.

The location was great, however the hotel not so much. Upon arrival the desk staff member was a very nice woman who I felt slightly bad for. It is clear she is over worked and as the front desk person she gets the complaints from guests and it was clear she had already received several by the time of my arrival. So check in was fine the lobby area looked nice.... Get to my room and the door opened kinda hard and it sounded like it was breaking every time we opened it. The room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom had not been swept or mopped. Our bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had crumbs all over in the sheets aswell as on top of the comforter, Bugs in the window ledge, bug on the shelf unit near the sink, bugs on the heater unit, the microwave was disgusting along with the fridge, the hot tub in the room was dirty and paint was comimg off of it. The mirrors were also dirty. I went and let the front desk woman know, and she just looked at me and said we have no housekeeping staff. And just looked at me and said I can give you sheets, hum sure I can make the bed, then i said well if you have a vacuum i will vacuum it, she said they dont have vacuums there. So we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. When we went to use the hot tub in the room the jets didn't work, and the paint just kept coming off so that was gross. Down at the pool area the hot tub was like brownish and was not working. The pool had so many chemicals in it that the water was cloudy

Stay was ok. Pool was not the best. It was very cloudy. Hottub did not work

The hotel was ok but the beds were rock hard which made sleeping tough

The room was dirty, we had to clean the toilet. The refrigerator still had food in it from who knows how long ago. Will never go back.

No smoke detector in the room, which is a code violation. Loud music during the day.

Electrical problems no power in bath room except for light .plug in charger in,and stated shorting the lamp on and of.no cover on wall plugs.call ahead and ask if the pool and hot tub work,they said yes.get there and hot tub haven't work in weeks.to much chlorine in pool.will never stY there again.kegf

We did not stay and in fact left immediately hoping for a refund. Front desk gentleman, while nice, repeatedly said it was his first day and did not really know how to assist us. The manager's name was not posted - likely for a reason. Unfortunately, the room was quite dirty with a used vape under the bed and a chicken bone on the floor as well as bugs all over the floor. Needless to say, we left immediately.

Everything about our experience was absolutely horrible. Everything! - The hot tub was out of order which at first we were ok with. However, once we saw the hot tub we wouldn't have gone in it anyways because it was so filthy looking. This still isnt our main complaint or the reason we had such big issues. -We didn't get the room we ordered. We ordered a suite for our anniversary and got a standard room - The room was missing several standard things which is a safety hazard. There was no phone, no clocks, no plugs, no bedside anything but a plain old table with a bible in it. - There was a giant hole broken in the bathroom sink - There was what look to be either mens beard hair or pubic hair on the bathroom wall, drywall dust behind the sink on the grout, and the toilet seat was broken and moved when you sat or got up. - There was a nice big dead spider squished on the wall - The curtains didnt fully shut and were torn from the hinges at the top - There was dust everywhere: on the tables where im expected to put my stuff, behind the tables we had to pull out to check for plugs, next the the sofabed - There was what looked like either a vomit or feces stain next to the bedside. Thankfully my feet were covered at all times. Management was no help to any of our concerns which was even more alarming. They didn't even put a phone or plugs in the room for safety reasons. Dont stay here if you dont have to. This place needs to be shut down.

Great place to stay

It was really sad going here this time, as this was my favorite place to stay while visiting Frankenmuth and Birch Run. The bathroom floor has puddles all around the toilet when we walked in . The hot tub was ice cold and dirty. The pool was warm, but dirty. The pool room is in need of major repairs and attention.

When I checked in on Friday February 28, 2025, the first thing I wanted to do was go to the pool and hot tub. I had looked forward to this all week long. When I got to the pool in the early evening, I found out that the hot tub was not working. I went to the front desk to inquire and was told that there was nothing the person could do, it was evening and there was no one to call. Also, there were no towels available for the pool. So, the next morning, I inquired again and was told that someone was working on it now. So I waited until the evening again, and of course it was not working. So I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and no response. While we were in the pool, a worker came in for something else and I brought it to his attention and he was surprised that it was not working. .l After he checked a few things, it still was not working! So after three complaints, nothing was accomplished. When I left this morning, It still was not working! I had reserved 2 rooms at a cost of over $500.00 and I was very dissatisfied with the lack of response that I got regarding the hot tub. I don't believe that I will be using your facility again. The lack of concern regarding my complaints was not good customer relations. Also, the pool room itself didn't look like it was in the best of shape. So, as I said earlier, I don't think I will be using this hotel again.

Clean room

I booked to bring my grandson to use the pool since he's on break. We could not use the pool because the ventilation system was out and a window was open. There was a 9 degree breeze blowing across the pool. We did not stay since swimming was the whole reason we were there. Feb.25

Hot tub was terrible. Luke warm at best. Had a light switch falling out of the wall to turn jets on and off. Had to ask for towels since they wasn’t stocked in the pool room. Very dissatisfied.

Pool area had no towels also the hot tub was Luke warm ! I picked the hotel because of the hot tub with pool very disappointed.

The hot tub was Luke warm and the bathroom only had two washcloths and 2 towels, after taking shower to warm up from hot tub have no washcloths & towels for morning showers

The rooms were old and dusty,but they had late check out at 1, so that's nice and they had coffee 24/7 .But we did run out of TP and I heard some one on the phone saying they ran out too.

Not the bottom barrel but mid range is hard to compare.
