DoubleTree Beach Resort by Hilton Tampa Bay-N Redington Bch

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel and rooms were very clean, the restaurant was delicious. We loved being right on the beach. Everything had the feel of an all-inclusive resort but nothing was pretentious.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Hotel was so clean. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Lots of parking with a garage that has an elevator that takes you straight up to your floor. Beach access with cabanas for rent. Beach front bar, coconut Charlie’s restaurant was amazing great food and drinks. Oh and they have a Starbucks in the lobby. Towels available for beach or pool use. Amazing view from balcony. Beds so comfortable!!! 10/10 will absolutely return.

We stayed on the ocean side, it did not disappoint.

Property charges 25 dollars a day for parking that the check-in staff didn't tell us about. Check-in staff ran the deposit through on our credit card twice which resulted in a pending charge that was double what we anticipated. When we brought this to their attention they didn't seem to care much.

We loved the desk that rolled in front of view. Comfy beds and a really nice property!

The hotel is amazingly reliable and organized, they post me my left behind stuff after I call( need charge my credit card of course:). So grateful to have my favorite items back. It is true 180 degree beachfront, my room is facing ocean, I can hear the waves while enjoying breathtaking sunset sea view.

I liked the fact that it was located right on the beach, and the sunsets are beautiful.

Nice property with friendly staff. Beach is beautiful with sugar sand and some areas with small shells. Our balcony overlooked the ocean and sunsets were lovely. Very easy beach access. Housekeeping did not bring fresh glasses our entire stay but made bed and gave towels so not a big deal. Parking was easy. Definitely rent or bring a car as there is nothing but a Surf n style shop within walking distance and the onsite restaurant is just okay. Many dining, shopping and site seeing within short drive and St Pete Pier is only 30 mins away. Would recommend seeing it. St Johns Pass is about 12 mins away and has tourist shops and dining and water actives at the harbor area. Hotel Wifi free and cabana rental was 40 per day through 3rd party. It was very convenient and easy to rent. Would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, quiet beach vacation.

Great location; one night stay. The bed not as comfy as hoped for. Shower leaked water all over floor. Didnt know till after 10 pm so just told them when we left. Wasnt aware of parking fee..our fault for not reading fine print but they never mentioned it; just handed us a receipt upon leaving. I accidentally booked the room on Expedia instead of their app ..made us feel "not as important" as their other guests. Overall, great location for 1 night but too pricey for what we got. Tiki bar costs way too high. But great view....

My stay was so great! The only thing that bothered me was the person in the lobby trying to push vacation packages on people.

From arrival, the entire staff was absolutely remarkable! Derrick at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful young man! The gals at the outside patio bar treated us like besties and made us laugh! I cannot say enough about how beautiful the grounds were considering a hurricane had ravaged the island months before.

Room was in okay shape. Smelled a little musty. Very noisy while we tried to sleep. Nice to have dining options available and staff were very friendly.

Overall a good experience but tainted with the $25 per day parking fee that had not been mentioned until check in. We were advised there was no street parking but there was plenty. It took several conversations to have the charge removed. There were no duvet covers but a sheet under & over the actual duvet, not the most hygienic option.

Hotel was great. Nice to see the restaurant/bar open again (post hurricanes).
