I did not like that we had to pay for parking… which was also expensive. The room rate was pretty good but when you factor in the parking, we should’ve stayed somewhere else.

James, front desk clerk, began to display an attitude and it could have escalated into an argument. I inquired about where would I have been informed about the $200 fee that was being charged to me upon check in (that I was not prepared to pay aside from the approx. $353 cost of my 2 day stay that I paid upon check in). And I informed him of the signs posted about the hotel’s parking costs, that appeared to be misleading to me based on how he was explaining it. James seemingly and noticeably became agitated with my inquiries and even stated twice and with an attitude, “I told you that.” I was shocked that he said it as if he thought that was a professional and respectful way to address me. I had to restrain from using harsh language due to him causing me to become angered by his unprofessional and discourteous conduct. I would recommend that James receive additional training that would prepare him to be more professional and courteous to guests checking in wherein they may have a range of questions regarding their stay. In addition to a required day off without compensation for him to reflect on there are consequences to the decisions we make, especially in a professional/work environment. Due to traveling/driving several hours and arriving at approximately 11pm and having this horrible check in experience, made for not a good start to my business event the following day. Everything was great

The front desk staff Maisha and Temee were super professional and very friendly. They were very helpful in making sure that our stay at the Doubletree was comfortable.

Nice hotel, everything was good except for coffee maker was not working in the room, neither at our friend's room.

Location is epic

Although we didn’t stay at the double tree inn as planned, the kids really wanted to swim and this hotel only had outdoor pool, we decided to choose a different location. Myesha was so helpful with assisting us on finding another hotel that was close. Her customer service was definitely at a 10!

Our interest started with the location of the hotel and quickly peaked with its feel and immediate surroundings. We felt safe, on and off the property, connected with the city, and loved the neighborhood. It was right next to a bank, across the street from a deli, and blocks from a theater and mall. Will definitely return for a visit. We loved our stay.

I stay here often and find it very comfortable and convenient.

The room was clean and spacious.

Amenities at this hotel are great for a family. Onsite Starbucks, bar and restaurant.

Came in for a ballet audition at the Maryland youth ballet for Fordham University. Short 10 minute walk to the audition. Hotel itself very nice and quiet. Hotel staff professional, very nice and pleasant. Very nice amenities.Too far (time wise) for a quick trip to the mall and museums before the auditon at 2pm unless you uber. Nice breakfast buffet in the restaurant $20/person. Allows for luggage storage after checkout, which is very convenient. Nice workout facility with 5 or 6 commercial treadmils, 5 or 6 stationary bike with peloton login, multiple sets of kettle bells and a nautilus cable machine. Rooms have very nice decor and bedding. Multiple plug ins near head of bed along with USB inputs. No cable but allows you to connect with your netflix account. I definitely would stay here again even for a longer stay to go to the museums.

The property is very safe the elevator will not depart toward your room floor until you use the access card and we loving it. My wife and I love our stay is walkable, shopping, convenient. Thanks

Perfect for the occasion

We had to pay extra for parking and the buffet breakfast was expensive.

We were greeted by a welcoming staff with warm cookies, nice touch. In town for a late family dinner, we checked into our room which had an internal temperature of 60 degrees, left -came back late to a toilet continuously running...staff informed in the AM... Unfortunately parking, was a nightmare. The machine to come into the lot was broken, the lot itself not up to par. We were asked to leave our key in the box when checking out however we could not exit the lot without a key so I had to go back up to the lobby to ask someone to let us out! Major hassle, staffs response was far from acceptable, telling us we should have taken the key! All this while paying nearly $600.00 for one overnight. Not the experience we were expecting, as Hilton Honor members.

I thought everything was fine. No special problems or concerns. Staff was very courteous. My room was very quiet at night, and I slept well. Breakfast downstairs seemed very fine also.
