DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando - Disney Springs Area

Great spot for families visiting orlando theme parks.

Room A/C did not work. Bathroom had an odor coming from vent the whole duration of stay. Daily “resort” fees ridiculous. Daily parking fees for guests staying at the hotel. Paid for a room with a pool view. Given a room with parking lot view.

Quiet, just what we needed

Slightly older property on the outside, but behind that she’ll, you’d never know. The inside has been updated and is well maintained throughout. The staff was awesome… Can’t speak for the in house restaurant because we didn’t try it.

Our stay was amazing! Loved being a part of Disney and so close to Disney Springs. Already planning a return trip!!

Overall clean and very big rooms. Definitely a place to stay for Disney goers.

Everything was seamless with this place. Loved toe proximity it was to all the parks. We didn’t use the free shuttle but used uber which was $6 per uber to park. Super clean and spacious. Loved that bar served food until 10pm and the bartender was very social and fast. Would recommend. Would stay again.

We had a nice stay, but the property was very dated. The safff were all so friendly, helpful, and efficient!

We got to the hotel at 10:30 am and asked if our room was ready after a long flight, they said it was ready, but I would have to pay an additional fee, I would have to wait till 4pm for check in. had suitcases and carryons and was traveling with a child, so could not just wait there for nearly six hours. I looked at the website and under check out and check in and there were fees listed for late check out, however, nothing about about early check in. I went back the day before I left and spoke to manager , about the charge, I showed him the website, he said the hotel couldn’t write everything on their website, then went into an office to look for documents about early check in and he found nothing. He said anything before 12pm cost 45 dollars. I said first of all the girls at the front desk never mentioned the option for 12pm check in, there is nothing on your website and any other hotel I ever stayed in, once your room was ready they let you check in. Manager didn’t even want to hear anything about this and said the charge will stay. In addition we went to the front desk three times complaining about water pressure in the shower and how the water was super cold, they did absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service

Very confy very spacious and the staff was fantastic

Easy to get to Epcot from this location. Rooms were quiet, and overall in good condition. A small room, but the space was well laid out. The shower head in our room was dripping water and not at full force. The grout in the shower was discolored brown/black. The breakfast buffet option was $23 for adults. An accompanying child eats free - which is a great deal if you have children; if not, it's a little pricey for what's available. The waffle machine wasn't working properly, and the line for omelets was 6-people long at one point. The servers were attentive and professional.

Great hotel for our Family vacation. Plenty of parking. Lots of space inside the hotel room. Laundry facilities were nice and only $3.50 per load and they took credit cards. Ice machines on every other floor. Would stay here again.

it’s nice

The hotel was great except one thing that ruined it all, whatever detergent they use on the sheets is terrible. Both my kids and I woke up scratching all night and had red blotch like rashes in every area our PJs were not touching. I ended up at the pharmacy getting cortisone to provide relief. None of us have sensitive skin, so whatever they use must be harsh.

The staff were great! The place is close to everything and parking was easy.
