Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

There was no wi-fi. I informed the front desk on the evening after my check-in the guy didn't arrive to resokve the issue until checkout the following day.

First room we had the toilet did not work. Luckily the staff member was nice and allowed us to switch rooms. I wish there was more lighting in the rooms… & they don’t accept cash or Apple Pay. Bartender was Alittle sassy , but I get it since he’s stressed for Vday weekend. Lastly I have never heard of a hotel where you have to pay for parking :/

Basic airport hotel. I generally like Embassy Suites but this is not one of their better ones. I booked and prepaid from Europe but when I got here, there is some kind of parking scam. You're supposed to download a code and pay some third party directly. In order to get food, you had to order at the bar. This didn't work as there was only one person at the bar and the line was fifteen minutes long just to get the "evening reception" drinks which were much less interesting than at other Embassy Suites. The furniture is tacky and dated and not worthy of a Hilton property. Hilton needs to get someone in to upgrade this facility!

Only issue is the parking pay every day a different amount is insane

The bartender was the best thing about this place. I wish I could remember her name! But the front desk person was rude, maintenance rude, cooks rude! They just need to retrain or rehire!

All around great property

The hotel was a perfect way to get the needed rest after a long international flight. Room was comfortable, the snacks plentiful and the breakfast was amazing.

Great che kin and staff. Nice big clean room. Only problem- hot tub broken.

Facility is nice overall. Pool is very small and hot tub was closed although I was assured it was working when I called a couple days before checkin. When I asked about it, after we got there, I was told they had been waiting on a part for weeks. They are a cashless facility and it would have been beneficial to me if that was stated somewhere before I arrived for check-in. Breakfast/omelet bar was awesome. And free drinks and snacks in the evening was a nice surprise. A not so pleasant surprise was $20 a day for parking.

Staffs are super nice. Provided shuttle bus and breakfast was delicious!

The only I thought was not good was paying for parking. Otherwise I’d come back to the hotel every single time.

Front Desk dude needs to work on his attitude. I asked him a simple question that how come the hot tub is out of service. He told me how come I didn’t check before I made my reservation.

Front desk was wonderful. Most of the housekeepers were awesome but one ignored a request when I asked for towels and to pickup trash. She said one minute but never came past. Skipped over our room completely. Later that evening front desk sent a new girl to clean after the other left. Other than that incident was a great stay.

The facility and staff were great. Food at night was limited and overpriced. I did not like paying for parking $20

We had a blast staying here for 2 nights. Breakfast is fantastic with a Chef, nothing can beat that. BTW the Chef for Breakfast is awesome. Place is clean and staff very polite.

The property was great the only minor issues we had was there were no foam pillows and the shower water did not get very hot.
