It was dirty, paint coming off the walls, television had a 5-6 inch black line down the middle of the screen. Person at the desk was rude and slow.

What a terrible experience !!! Please do not stay at this hotel. This hotel should have lower rating than whats given by me The Room Key never worked, I had to go back to the reception twice and it still did not work !!! The Bathroom was extremely unclean, there are no trash cans whatsoever around the room ; Bed was noisy and a very bad smell emanating from the room ! Please save your money and find a better place somewhere else. Lots of hotels close by. Also very bad customer Service, The man at the counter was not attentive and no customer service. Said they would not be able to give us an alternate room but would help us next morning. When we went the next morning, they said they could not help. We checked out after the first night (after we had paid for 5 nights upfront). They took all our money, did not give us a refund. Please do not stay here !!!

Just broken, dirty, holes in ceilings, no shower curtains, broken room windows. They will tow your car if you back in to park.

Good enough. No roaches

The room was not at all as described. My room was on the back side, 2nd floor, at the very far end. I was afraid to touch any surfaces after seeing all flat areas covered with razor blade cuts. Very sketchy area. I made sure I was back before dark for safety reasons. I will not book here again.

I stayed with a dog and was quite nervous walking my dog at night. There were a lot of people in the parking areas that I was not sure belonged there.

The room smelled like I don’t know what it was, but it had an odor to it that would not go away. The floor was sticky and dirty. There was still cleaning product on the side of the tub inside of the tub and on the outside of the tub to the floor. It did not work at all like the pictures that was presented on Hotels.com. I felt unsafe and lots of street action was going on in the parking lot through the night.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room key to a room that was occupied. We entered someone else’s room while he was asleep. Then we were told to wait 30 minutes for another room to be cleaned. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told housekeeping was gone for the night and were asked if we wanted to clean our own room. Finally we were taking to a handicapped room that was filthy and smelled like pee. There was blood splatter on the walls. Horrible place to stay.

The paint is pealing in shower cigarette burns on bathroom sink vent in ceiling ing bathroom had mpte dirt hangong out of it then I've ever seen before the room had paint peeling everywhere not good experience at all gonna re think going to extended again

Pillows and clean towels seem to cost extra at this lovely establishment. Everything is run down and disgusting. These maids need to implement integrity into their lives. Whether you're building spaceships or scrubbing toilets, do it right or go get a different job

Terrible. Doors are broken, furniture is deteriorated and broken, there are not curtains at shower. We couldn’t stay at the place and now asking for refund. Deplorable.

Internet didnt work during whole stay. Someone broke into my car, tv remote missing battey back so constanly lost batteries. Light bulb missing in two lamps. Terrible experience.

This place was by far the worst. First the room was in bad shape, the tub was all badly peeled, there was a hole on the bathroom door. There were people loud at all hours of the night on a Tuesday night mind you, someone broke into my car, when i tried to check out there was no one at the front desk. I waited almost an hour before leaving the room keys on the desk atvthe front desk.

Hot water is not enough in a shower especially right now is freezing outside , tv is not working and microwave is not working

Stayed for work trip. Had no flushing toilet, no toiletries, no shower curtain, vacant stickers all over the walls. Microwave and fridge not working. Ruined all food purchases

Check in was very bad. Even though I booked additional day to cover for late check in I was charged fee for check in saying early check in. I have stayed in similar place never have I ever charged

Nice people, but TV didn’t work and it was obvious that my room had been broken into in the past. There were crowbar marks on the jam.
