Nice comfortable room in an area close to restaurants and shopping walking distance

This is the worst Fairfield we have ever been to. Housekeeping removed items out of our room in Early Nov.. We made numerous in-person and phone reports, not one person at Fairfield would even investigate. We requested calls back from managers, never received them or any messages back. Sent emails requesting the monetary value of what was taken, which pictures of the the items I had to replace. You could still call us, but of course you never will. We have voice mail that gets translated into text so that we never miss a message. 5 calls and messages over 3 weeks yielded no response. Would still like a personal response at Lia.Billington@gmail.com, but I bet this is highly unlikely. We will probably never stay at a Fairfield again, although we have been generally pleased in the past. The only person that showed any care or concern was the person at the front desk that took the initial report.. But her guarantees this would be forwarded to a manager were completely ignored by (1) housekeeping (2) asst mgr (3) mgr.

Good place to stay for short trips. Nice location, 24 HR Gym, clean. We have stayed several times when visiting family. Welcoming foyer and business area.

The property was clean and the sevice was great.

The heat did not work very well. You could hear it constantly clicking on and off. And to get it to actually turn on you needed to turn the temp up to 80. We justbwanted the room around 70, so after it ran for a bit if you turn the temp back down to 75 it would shut off again. I think the heat was blowing directly on the thermostat. Besides this, it was a really nice place and we enjoyed staying there. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The area is clean and the hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here due to over 42x vehicles including mines gotten broken into 11/24/2024. They stole my weapon out my vehicle and busted my windshield.

The complimentary breakfast was good every morning. My room was quiet, staff was very friendly, and free parking.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Franklin, TN. Very clean. A+++

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, and the bedside lamps had an uncomfortable reach to turn on and off. Beyond that, staff was great. Location was perfect. Didn’t ever need to travel far for anything. Tons of dining and shopping options. Absolutely loved the parking garage.

Very nice and clean. The only think I would suggest is the floors between the levels be more sound prove. Lot's of kid's running up and down the halls, but overall very nice.

This was a great stay. The rooms were very clean, facilities were clean as well, and the staff were awesome!! Highly recommend!! Franklin, TN is a great place.

It was a really good stay. The pool was really of small and it’s been a week already and the deposit is still not back in my account.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
