We arrived about 7 pm. The front desk was empty, but someone came from the back pretty quickly. She did not smile, but wasnt rude. Our keys did not work. The exterior doors, so had some issues getting back in after we parked. Even after reprogramming, the keys did not work on exterior doors.
Room was very clean and smelled nice. It was more spacious than I expected.
The TV is limited directv, not a smart tv, which I was disappointed in.
The mini fridge was super mini and did not have a freezer section, so our ice cream had no place to go.
The bedside tables were really nice with easily accessible power outlets and usb ports.
Overall, it was a really nice hotel, but the lack of a smart TV is a big issue these days.

The communication was horrible, I didn’t have a room ready and they ended up putting me in a handicap room and room service never came to clean my room, and everyday someone banged on my door at 8am but disappeared by the time I got to the door
