Very clean and quite spot. Parking deck a little confusing but felt safe. Could use a microwave in room but one is in store near front desk. Restaurant, good food but wings was a little pricey. Also, breakfast buffet wasnt told that it would be behind the wall of the restaurant.

Good location at the head of the King St. restaurant/shopping area. Room was quiet and comfortable, after we switched! Original room's bed shared a wall with the "Electrical Room" which emitted a low, loud hum all night. Impossible to sleep. We were able to change with no problem. Shower excellent, hot water, good pressure, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Sink water pressure very low, however, not much more than a trickle. All in all a very pleasant stay.

We stayed during Christmas day to fee the European Christmas vibe in Kings street. Great experience and best place to stay.

The hotel is fine, but old and outdated, especially in technology. They still have cable TV and no streaming, and the furniture in the room is from last century!!

Restaurant on site, but be sure you identify the happy hour prices for them. Housekeeping did not refill coffee bar or toilet paper, so I didn'tlet them in again. Very walkable, historic town with many dining options. Across the street from metro. Don't count on the trolley in January.

Quesadilla was dry, but Tavern bar staff was excellent and made my staycation wonderful. Next time, if not so cold, would look for dining options within a couple blocks. This is Old Town, you need to competitive. Room, on the other hand A triple A plus. So wonderful, large, relaxing! Will definitely put this on my short list for next staycation, just may eat out. 🙃

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no service to speak of . An unfriendly agent at check in who was annoyed i did not check in on line. No one to assist with luggage, no valet. had to unload luggage and leave unattended in lobby while I parked. Parking garage with no monitoring and uncomfortable for a woman at night.

We were charged double for parking . Took 4 phone calls about an hour total time spent on the phone and 10 days before i got the refund. Hilton gold member and no upgrades or benefits were offered

I like how convenient it was to transportation. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no complimentary coffee station. Also, shower water temperature was very hard to adjust. Desk clerk staff were very friendly and let me know that Expedia had over charged me. I have to call Expedia for the difference.
