I arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m. to check-in. At first, they couldn't find my reservation. Once found, the clerk waited until I had paid for the night to tell me that the elevator was out, and the only room they had available for my reservation was on the fifth floor. There was no discount for the inconvenience of having to trek to the fifth floor with my things. It was ridiculous.

Our stay was very nice and the room was great. Our stay was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. It would have been better if the elevator worked but the staff was able to change our room from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor.

You get what you paid. Service was poor, the elevator was broken the weekend that we stayed. I have to unload the car and bring luggage to the 4th floor. Breakfast was barely acceptable. Room was not clean and bathroom with mold and black marks. I will not stay ever again. This hotel needs RENOVATIONS

It was horrible. Customer service is none. Guy who was working at the front was ignorance always on the phone talking to to someone in his language. Pmace is dirty says no smoking smells like weed. Full of roaches everywhere including bad. After 2 hrs difficulties ended up going to different hotel. Did not spend the night

Didn’t have the room I reserved, and the front desk told me that i was in luck that i was gonna get an upgrade, instead he gives me a room with 2 beds, thats not an upgrade and he even has the nerve to say at the same price. Also elevator wasn’t working had to walk to the stairs go upstairs to get to my room.

Elevator was not working. I had to carry 2 luggage’s 2 flights while using crutches. A lot of outside noise and low water pressure. Bath/shower bottles were empty. Breakfast was the same menu everyday. Powdered eggs and microwaved sausage. Front desk man was not friendly. Very disappointed.
