The person at the desk when I checked in was very polite. When I asked to borrow some window cleaner to clean the windows of my rental vehicle, they were very accommodating and it was much appreciated they gave me the materials to do that. However, when I asked if I could have somebody come and just swiffer or clean the floor of my room because I noticed there was a lot of long black hairs all over the floor, they told me that they could not do that because they "only clean them bi-weekly because it's an extended stay facility. The person at the desk told me when I checked in the that they come in and clean the room once during the stay. And then I was told that that was incorrect, but that they would come in and as a courtesy to me, sweep my floor, well that was never done. I used a pillow case to clean the floor and it was disgusting! No way that floor was cleaned prior to my stay! I have a photo of how dirty it was! The shower pressure was too low. There should've been at least a box of tissue in the room so I didn’t have to buy one. A couple more towels would be nice.

Very convenient location Had a kitchen but no dishes or appliances

Very overpriced motel in a bad part of town. Prices are hiked up due to the race but this place feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. I would not recommend. It looks nothing like the doctored up photos online. The only silver lining is the staff are friendly.

The chairs were worn down and torn. There was a water bubble in the paint from a storm where water leaked inside somehow… It smells like mildew in room 302.

First room was open and bathroom was dirty and smells. Second try another mess. Poor conditions.

The smoke alarm started beeping at 3:40 am Friday morning, and we called the front desk, they said they would have someone take care of as soon as they could. We left for our event at 7:30 am Friday morning it still had not been fixed. When we arrived back to our room at 4:00 pm the smoke alarm was still beeping and it took us asking about getting it fixed 2 additional times and 2 hours later they finally fixed it.

My husband stayed overnight for the Daytona car show and was delighted with his room. He also said the location was excellent.

The service was fantastic. Tamara was patient and very helpful with getting everything to my liking. The room was clean, no frills, but had what I needed. The hotel was quiet.

Hotel refused to honor the reservation made through Expedia

The assistant general manager Kevin I. was super friendly. We have our small dog with use and it was no problem as is a pet friendly hotel. A huge plus. Had a problem with the TV and he came to the room and fixed it himself. This stay was to evacuate due to hurricane milton. The room was good. two queen beds, clean bathroom and a studio kitchen and everything worked. Overall was a good stay. Would stay there again if need be.

It was just right

The hotel is not on International speedway. When we arrived the lady was not friendly at all. We then got to our room which was uncomfortable and smelled like smoke. The bathroom was filthy. I tried to use the phone to call and tell them our room smelled of smoke and the phone didn’t even work. If it wasn’t so late and we were exhausted we would have left. The assistant manager the next morning was nice when I explained to him. We definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Bugs roaches and bed bugs good location staff good no breakfast just alot of bugs

Walls are thin and people next door were up most of the night talking and playing loud TV or music.

I enjoyed my stay at woodspring, sraff mwmbers was very nice and helpful. I had to reduce my stay 3 days in advance, expedia and the staff was very flexible and got me the refund back.

There was no toilet paper in the room couldn’t find a worker had to get to go another place to get some. People were fighting and some weed

There was mold in my room and nobodywould change it my room was dirty at check-in and had to be cleaned, there was drug use on the property it's terrible I got judge because my last name at checking
