This homestay is fantastic. It's comfortable, friendly, and cozy. It's my favorite homestay in Ninh Binh. The rooms are spacious, and there's a quiet swimming pool. The owner is lovely, the food is delicious, and they even have vegetarian options.

The hotel eco garden is next to the mountain and very quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. We really enjoyed the big garden with full of trees, flowers and vegetables. It is ideal for escaping away from the city noise.

The location is close to the city center and the Golden Pagoda, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, there's a private pool, the prices are reasonable, and the food is absolutely amazing. Upon arrival, you're immediately greeted with complimentary pastries and a generous amount of drink, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. If I have the chance, I'll definitely try to book a room here again because rooms get booked up quite quickly 😅

Homestay is a few minutes drive from tourist areas, convenient for traveling The room is quite nice and fully equipped, quiet space, clean room. There are outdoor and indoor drinking areas, next to a small pond that is quite cool. The hostess and uncle are enthusiastic and friendly in supporting guests.

Booked for my parents, both were very satisfied. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, with large portions. The hotel has free bicycles for guests to borrow.

I arrived at the hotel at 5am but still get a normal room, not wait until 2pm as other places. Newly built rooms are clean. Friendly employee. My room overlooking the rice fields and mountains is also quite ok. Convenient hotel location to go to Trang An and Tam Coc.

They are very lovely and enthusiastic. Simple but tidy room, outside is a garden that feels like coming home.
