Great in overall. Front desk staff and even security were very friendly and readily to help whenever we sought for assistance. The room was clean except that the floor needs to be mopped more often. The breakfast was nice. The location is not by the main road. But it does not matter too much as it is just 100++ meters walking distance.

Definitely not 3 stars and washroom stinks bad. Very typical vietnam motel room. Window have 0 sound proofing so you can hear all the honking and the busy street. The staffs are friendly.
