I chose this hotel because of its convenient location. My flight was delayed and I checked in late at night, but the hotel waited for me until late, so I was able to stay there without any worries.

Clean hotel, enthusiastic reception staff. The hotel is well located for visiting Chong Chong, Po Nagar Tower.

When checking out, I forgot my wallet, vehicle registration and money at the hotel, the staff returned them all to me. When checking in, my family went with a large group and had a small child, the staff were very enthusiastic in welcoming and helping us. Thank you for your enthusiastic service.

The room was great, the housekeeping staff were polite, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

After this trip, we officially became big fans of Melia! We booked 2 suites for 8 people, were supported with early check-in and quick check-out, the room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, the room was neat and clean, the staff was super friendly! We were also introduced to receive Melia voucher points of 200k and used them in the hotel area, everything was so nice, there was nothing to complain about, when going to Vinpearl area, we also got to go to priority queue, supported with Vinbus tickets ^^ I love Melia hihi

My family had a wonderful holiday in Havana. The hotel had a very safe underwater tunnel for children, and the check-in and check-out process was extremely quick. The breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious.

The room was very clean, and the sea view room was very nice. The hotel was right across from Hon Chong beach, which had many locals swimming and was not as crowded with tourists as the beach in the city. The space was very chill.

The hotel is right in the center, convenient to go anywhere. Spacious rooms, beautiful view, reasonable price. Very enthusiastic support from sales staff. Worth the experience when coming to Nha Trang.

The staff were lovely and friendly. The rooms were nice, close to the beach, and convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied. I will definitely come back next time.
