The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the food and beverage service staff; breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. The rooms were very cozy, and there was air conditioning even when it was hot. It was a truly wonderful holiday.

Will definitely come back next time. Clean room, balcony and window view is beautiful and extremely chill. Room is fully equipped and clean as described in the hotel's photo. Room does not have a musty smell even in the rainy season. Hot and strong water. The hotel supports early check-in when there is a vacant room without additional charge. The room is cleaned quickly. The hotel has a waiting area and a clean bathroom for those who arrive early but have not checked in yet. There is a comfortable parking space for cars and motorbikes. Overall, it deserves 10 points.

The staff and management in Da Lat are lovely and enthusiastic. The rooms are really warm, clean, and well-equipped, and the location right by Xuan Huong Lake is incredibly convenient. I will definitely consider this a place to stay regularly.

The hotel has good service: attentive, enthusiastic staff, professional service. Room cleaning both morning and night (a bit surprising😅) My family stayed in a family room at the end of the house, with a partition between the living room and the bedroom; very convenient for families. The room interior is brand new. The bathroom has an automatic toilet, is spacious, and has a bathtub. There is a basement with games for children. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast depends on each person's taste, with many dishes. In general, I have experienced many resorts and 5-star hotels. I find it very worthwhile here. Will come back and will still choose to stay here. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were beautifully designed, and the carpets created a clean and warm atmosphere. The amenities were more than "fully equipped." The staff were friendly and welcoming.
