This was my last 5 star hotel during my 3 week trip to Vietnam. On arrival my first impressions in the foyer (on the second floor) were disappointing. It didn’t have the sense of a 5 star hotel. It seemed “tired” and a bit dated. I was fortunate to be allocated a bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the pools and the beach. As I was taken to my bedroom again I found the corridors to be “tired” looking however on entering my room my mood lifted and I was delighted with the appearance of my room and it’s location - large and tastefully appointed with plenty of amenities. As all the restaurants, spa, pools and beach were on the ground floor my impression of the hotel changed as the decor around all these areas is beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding and is served to 11am. It was the best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed in Vietnam. I ate in Goji kitchen 5 out of my 6 nights as the food was excellent and beautifully presented - fine dining at its best. On the night Goji was serving a buffet I dined in Non Nuac Bar at the beach. While the food was good enough it did not compare to the fine dining in Goji yet surprisingly my bill was about double. It is overpriced for the standard of food they serve. I chose to stay here 6 nights at the end of my trip to chill around the pool and unwind. Unfortunately I had to do that at the beach to catch some rays because the majority of sun loungers are under trees. In conclusion, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

Every aspect of this resort was high-quality. The grounds are beautiful. The swimming pools are luxurious. The breakfast buffet is extensive and beautifully presented. Housekeeping is exceptional. Most importantly, every member of the staff in every department treat guests with kindness and competence.

This is a resort that is worth staying at many times. Excellent service, very friendly staff.

Property is well manicure with a beautiful greenhouse garden. I did the suite which was amber space and shout out to the cleaning crews. They are meticulous, friendly staffs. Breakfast had plenty of fresh international choices but dinner at the resort's main restaurant was disappointing. Considering the prices, I expected better tasting entrée. Other than that, I like to thank the front desk crew for there accommodation, friendliness.

Nice place to stay

The staff was amazing from check in, to breakfast, dinner, writers bar, gym & spa, room cleaning & turn down service… the hotel is south of the main action, but a quick taxi ride and you’re in the middle. Again, the staff were amazing!!

Beautiful hotel! Dien at the lobby bar is a true mixologist. Pool staff maintain the area clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Main dinner restaurant was fantastic

Breakfast was amazing, massive variety. Staff were lovely from start to finish.

Breakfast was great , but very expensive to buy. Hotel had no sporting equipment to use for free , when you expect it in a resort which is not close to the city centre. Was charged 800,000 VND for 4 people to play tennis($45) approx. this is a joke , to use the resort facility. Bar was nice , again very over inflated if you compare other 5 star resort in the area . Cleanliness was good no complaints there at all. Would I stay there again most likely not.
