I had a great vacation here. Everything was great. The receptionist, bellman at the lobby and housekeeping were all very cooperative and supportive during my stay at the resort. The spa here is extremely wonderful. Minus point: when I bought ice cream at Lan Ha Sky Bar, the staff seemed a bit indifferent.

Additional Charges for Extra Persons in the Room
Infants (under 2 years old): Free for a maximum of 1 infant per room (sharing a bed with parents). If an additional infant under 2 years old is added, the charge will be the same as for children aged 2 to under 6 years old.
Children from 2 to under 6 years old: 200,000 VND/child (includes sharing a bed with parents and 1 breakfast).
Children from 6 to under 12 years old: 400,000 VND/child (includes sharing a bed with parents and 1 breakfast).
Adults (12 years old and above): If sharing an existing bed and 1 breakfast: 800,000 VND/person. If requiring an extra bed or mattress and 1 breakfast: 1,200,000 VND/person (extra bed or mattress will be arranged based on availability at the resort).
Guest’s name changing: The property allows changing the lead guest's name 1 time only per booking. Changing the lead guest's name for the second time will be subject to an additional charge of VND 300,000 per time per room. The latest time for changing the name is 72 hours before check-in.
A deposit must be made at the time of check-in to secure additional service requests incurred at the Hotel and/or other Hotel damages (if any) caused by the Guest during the stay period. The deposit will be refunded to the Guest at the time of check-out if no service is used and/or no damages are incurred to the Hotel. Deposit is made by cash, bank card or credit card with a specific deposit of VND 1,000,000/bedroom unit/night. Flamingo reserves the right to refuse to provide the service if the Customer does not make the deposit with the above provisions.
Compulsory meal: In order for you to have the best culinary experience during your stay, Flamingo would like to inform you that an additional lunch or dinner is required in the room package for bookings that stay on weekends and public holidays, New Year's holidays according to hotel’s regulations will be mandatory

Service quality is not up to 5-star standard - the room corridor has no carpet, the hotel's soundproofing is poor so it's very noisy if people walk outside. The bathtub is not clean, the hotel is under construction so it's very dusty - the cleaning after the construction is very poor. In terms of facilities, this place is quite ok. Beautiful scenery, beautiful, modern interior. However, about the service, there are suggestions as follows: - I see on the front desk there are some discounted services for example cake and water combo at the next counter, but when I buy, the staff seems bewildered. Didn't know about that discount. Khách sạn khá đông đúc, xô bồ. Buổi tối ở trong phòng vẫn nghe thấy tiếng bật nhạc vinahouse rất to dưới bờ biển, không được riêng tư. Khu ăn sáng rất đông và chen chúc, đồ ăn không ngon. Không có chỗ để xe nên phải gửi xe ở bãi của huyện và đi xe điện về, khá bất tiện.

Send the car too far. The reception or the tram did not say clearly that the day was 23h when the tram stopped running. 22:54 called to pick up the car from the car park 2km from the Resort, the staff answered after working hours, saying that when they came out to pick up, the attitude to guests right on the car was picked up. Never come back. 4 star hotel but bad in terms of service.

Khung cảnh đẹp, bãi biển đẹp, chỗ để xe ô tô thì ít, phòng thì bé quá, mình ở phòng tầng 16 nhưng ban công hẹp, Chill biển không đã vì vướng cây, ăn sáng đi hơi xa sang toà khác, đồ ăn thì đơn hơi đơn điệu cần bổ sung thêm, nhân viên thì mình thấy khá nhiệt tình

The hotel does not have a dirty bag, there is no chair in the room, there is no pole to dry wet clothes in the room, when swimming, there is no place to store wet clothes, poor soundproofing, lying in a room where the door is open or people are walking in the room. outside the water corridor is heard quite clearly.
