The newly built hotel is very clean, the receptionist is enthusiastic and friendly. The best thing is that they took the morning flight and let me check in right away at the hotel... so wonderful.

I chose a room with a sea view, but because it was on the 2nd floor, I couldn't see the whole thing, but the window was large, airy, and the sunlight shone on the bed so I could sunbathe. I loved it. I took an early flight, the flight landed at 7am, arrived at the hotel at 8am, and the staff helped me check in early at 9am, so I could take advantage of the 1 hour to walk around. I went during the low season so the price was reasonable. There's nothing to complain about!

The hotel is very close to the beach, just a short walk away. Convenient location, in the center and near Ba Phi Yen temple. The receptionist is very cute and enthusiastic.

I watched the surveillance camera during my stay (October 14-16) when working with the receptionist and did not see anything unusual. We called you to better understand the situation we encountered but you did not pick up the phone. - I went to the pier with 2 people and got caught in a heavy rain. When I got to the hotel to check in, the receptionist politely helped me check in early so I could change my clothes because I was all wet (checked in early at around 11:20). - Compared to other hotels, the price of the hotel is very good and suitable for everyone. - The quality of the interior and hygiene is good and clean 👍 - This is the next time I have a great experience when consulting the hotel and booking a room online through the Traveloka app. The room details are exactly as described, the room price is reasonable, very nice. If you have the chance, please book a room at Hoang Anh Hotel. The owner and managers are enthusiastic and will guide you to places to eat and drink. The hotel is beautiful and the interior of the room is luxurious, always new and clean because it is cleaned regularly. In addition, the hotel is close to the center so it is very convenient to travel. Cross the street to the beach. I will continue to choose the hotel when I have the opportunity to return to Con Dao. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình. Theo thông tin đặt phòng trên Traveloka thì phòng tôi đặt có bồn tắm, nhưng khi nhận phòng thì không có bồn tắm. Sau khi xác nhận lại với khách sạn tôi mới biết là toàn bộ phòng ở khách sạn không có bồn tắm. Tôi không biết việc quảng cáo sai sự thật là từ Traveloka hay từ KS. Việc quảng cáo sai sự thật làm tôi rất mất niềm tin, vui lòng quảng cáo đúng sự thật giùm.
