Nice hotel but not so 5 star. They don't even provide plates. They try to be helpful but not much of a help 😂.

The installations are great. However the staff is very unprofessional and unprepared. In other words poor service, poor communication + problem solving skills and very poor English.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shine Hotel for 8 days with my wife while we participated in the IronMan Danang 2025, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. The location of Shine Hotel was ideal, allowing us to easily access the IronMan event as well as local attractions. We appreciated being in a vibrant area that offered plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend Shine Hotel for anyone visiting Danang, whether for an event like IronMan or simply for leisure. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location makes it a top choice.

Foods quality are not good with the prices.

The room is beautiful, classy, clean, and the staff is friendly. Next time I go to Da Nang, I will definitely come back 🥰
