The room was as per pictures. A nice quiet area, away from the busy tourist part of hoi an but close enough to walk or bike into the old town (with free bicycles!). Bathrooms, amenities, room size and balcony were great. The bed was a little hard if you are used to a soft western mattress. There’s a nice little pool outside and breakfast included was great! Most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for solos, partners or families/groups!

Excellent services in reception, restaurant, and housekeeping.

The room is clean, comfortable and tidy. The hosts are very enthusiastic and friendly. I will come back to Maison Khoi if I have the chance.

We had a good time here. Located very close to Hoi An memories land and about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Our room is located on the 3rd floor looking out to a nice river view. The hosts are very nice and took very good care of us during our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff and the owner very friendly and helpful.

The reality is not matched with the photos. The hotel is not clean and the view is bad as well. Seems like the owner don’t take a good care of the property

I only stayed for 1 night, the host was friendly and enthusiastic, I gave 5 stars. But my room was in general 4 stars. There were a few small problems The hostess's food was very delicious.
