Management and staff welcome enthusiastically and provide quick support when requested or in need of additional outside services. Although the room has a few degraded points because it has been in operation for several years, it is being repaired and processed. Many living spaces are suitable for group outings. Space design and decor are very tasteful, easy to take beautiful photos.

The hotel is beautiful, the price is relatively suitable, many views take pictures of virtual life. But it is very difficult to contact the staff. I stayed in 2 dorm rooms for 6 people and 4 people, the room had a musty smell, the pillowcases of some of the beds still smelled of the previous guests. Reported to the front desk staff on the first day but no change. The next time I went to the front desk, I did not see the staff, the page message did not answer, I could not contact the phone. The jacuzzi tub when I arrived was not cleaned, after requesting it was cleaned, the tub did not have hot water, only cold water, so anyone who has a plan to jacuzzi with cold water in Dalat should consider. Guests make noise all night, more than 2 am talking and singing karaoke loudly. There is no staff on duty to remind, the next day we have to ask the staff to remind guests to keep quiet in the evening. Shared restrooms are rarely used for continuous births. Guests go to the toilet even on the floor, still have the whole object, very disgusting. My group of friends had a bad experience here. The location is a bit far from the center, but because it is beautiful and the price is suitable, I choose, and a bit disappointed, for 3 nights here.

The homestay is beautifully designed, but the inside is damp and smells like the toilet, the staff is not enthusiastic in supporting car rental customers. The location is nearly 4 km away from TT, leading to the most expensive travel costs, especially during the peak season, calling a car is a problem.

Room, space is as beautiful as in the photo. However, the requested check-out time is before 10 am and did not see the host explain anything more about the breakfast. The staff was not annoyed but not very enthusiastic.

The Executive room is quite small, located downstairs so the receptionist says the water is weak. That's why it makes me feel uncomfortable when going to wc. Wc lacks light feeling dark and tight.

The place is nice with pleasant atmosphere. Nice staff. the location is not too far from city center, around 5-10' bike ride. the room is clean and comfortable. the bathroom could be improved though: the sink can easily splash your clothes if you are not careful + the shower temp control is a bit confusing.

Room has no view, and feels very cramped. The spring mattress should lie uncomfortably with a rubber mattress.
