Loved our unit right next to the beach. We enjoyed seeing all the kite surfers. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were all so friendly.

This hotel was perfect. Everything was so clean. The chambermaids were there really early but very conscientious. Everything was spotlessly clean every day! The pool was really nice! Also clean and so quiet. You just had to be quick with the loungers. The other hotel guests were a problem here. Out for hours but the loungers weren't available... a shame. Of course, it's not the hotel's fault. The staff were all so nice! The security guards also tried very hard and greeted us diligently. I was especially happy about the clean beach. The cushions on the loungers were comfortable too. We like to use the old pool tables. These are past their best but were completely adequate for us. The rooms were big and the bathrooms were a dream. The WiFi was good too. So we were very happy with everything! The location is also great. Great restaurants and fruit shops everywhere. Many thanks to the hotel team.

Bathroom drainage is not good. overflow. Wifi cannot be used even though I contacted the receptionist. Hope it will improve better.

Khách sạn phù hợp giá tiền bỏ ra, ăn sáng buffet cũng ngon, khoảng hơn 10 món mặn và trái cây, cơ sở vật chất tạm được, cũng khá cũ, hồ bơi rộng, tạm được, bãi biển sóng khá to, có điểm chưa hài lòng là phụ thu bé 8t 200k/đêm.

Bãi biển lài, đẹp, sóng lớn. Trang thiết bị phòng cơ bản, hơi cũ. Bữa sáng chủ yếu là món ăn châu Á và nhiều tinh bột, đủ phục vụ nhu cầu cơ bản. Phù hợp cho khách cần nơi tắm bãi biển đẹp và nơi lưu trú cơ bản.

Good experience at the hotel, but there are still some points that need to be improved such as the hot water system and old room design. The staff here are extremely enthusiastic and cheerful. If your requirements are not too high, but you like a quiet space, Palmira may be the choice for you

khách sạn cho ăn sáng buffet bằng đũa tre dùng 1 lần, muỗng uống cafe thì rỉ sét, phòng gọi lễ tân không nghe máy (thiếu dép, thiếu khăn, khăn trắng ngã màu), cửa không có khoá từ, thiếu ổ cắm

About the staff, they are quite enthusiastic, the reception is quite good. However, there are some problems in the room: there is no wifi, the desk phone cannot contact the reception, the TV is too old, it is not effective because of the picture. blurred image. The room corridor does not have a security camera, if a theft occurs, it is very difficult to solve for guests.

It's full of mosquitoes/insects, in every room and lobby and open area and reception at night time.very scary. We wont expect these things during our stay. Reception team are friendly on all aspects except this mosquitoes stuff. Meal/Buffet break fast is good. Location is absolutely good.
