Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chụp ảnh đẹp, ưng ưng lắm nha khách sạn có thang máy nhưng mình thích đi thang bộ do có 1 tầng Phòng nhỏ xinh, sạch sẽ, quan trọng là nhân viên nhiệt tình dễ thương. Cảm ơn bạn lễ tân trông giúp bé nhà mình nửa tiếng đồng hồ. Sẽ quay lại, nhân viên hữu ích 👍

everything is good, good price, nice room, near the center, stayed for the 2nd time, everything is ok, however the hotel should arrange some extra soft, low pillows for people who cannot sleep high pillows

This place is awesome. Few steps from main road but locates in a new and quiet area. Rooms are quaint but bright and bathrooms faciliated with bathtub - huge score. Comfy bed and the cable service is good.

The room is clean, the receptionist and the hostess are friendly, going on 2 days of losing wifi, delicious coffee and cakes, the price of car rental services is high compared to the common ground of 180k / day. The male and female receptionists should review how to talk to guests. Overall okay will come back

I have an extremely bad experience when I send trust to the hotel service. I book for 2 nights but the first night I book a room here, but the hotel has run out of rooms and moved me to another place (outside the hotel), saying to make sure I am also 2 * like Phuong Anh but really bad (no brush, no shower gel, no drinking water, toilet smell). Then the hotel staff blamed me for having to pay for the service that night. The next night my family slept in Phuong Anh, the house had a baby so the baby drank a little bit of bed sheets. When checking out the next morning, the hotel staff made me pay for the drap like that; My family members made up their data, argued for a while, the hotel side brought the drap to try and the dirty and dirty spot was washed away, so the new hotel left it alone! One more point is to call the customer to talk about the price difference I have to pay at 2:15 pm on Saturday night (ask where politeness ?!)

Good. There was a day of a power outage but I went out so it didn't matter. The hot water that you use just wait a bit longer but the next day is ok. Overall fine. This area is also clean and airy ❤️

Beautiful hotel, location is quite close to the center. The minus sign is that lock 402 rooms have damaged the hotel already know but have not fixed the error, the rest are very good.
