The best property in Phu Quoc we loved it ao much we are planing to visit again. Thw properry is ao beautiful the staff really look after you the resort managers come and chat during breakifast it makes it another level of looking after the guest Highly Recommend this hotel

One of the nicer and more expensive resorts that we have stayed at (especially for Phu Quoc). We had the garden pool suite, and they didn’t let us to change our booking 5 minutes after putting in our reservation. This made us have to limit how much of the island we were able to see based on the location alone. The suite was large and well equipped with so many extras. The private dipping pool was nice. The main pool and the Fu Bar sky bar was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The included mini bar was nice, but expect house keeping to stop by your room 3-4 times a day. Kind of an issue when you are trying to have a romantic stay with your loved one. Their service was great the first 5 days, but that dropped dramatically the last couple of days of our stay. Calls for buggies to get around the resort went ignored during the rainy season, so we had to walk around during the rain multiple times. Room service was decent but don’t expect them to do some basic mods to your order.

Gorgeous lux property, away from hustle and bustle. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday and the staff prepared a few special treats which was a pleasant surprise. Food was superb and we looked forward to breakfast every morning - staff at Rice Market were always attentive and polite. Treatments at the spa were really relaxing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a beautiful property with wonderful service

Everything was first class , I am gluten free which is always a little difficult when traveling. There isn’t gluten free dishes on any menus , saying that they did all they could to help out even ordering in some cider so I could have a long cold drink during the day. Personally we would always like to have a lively bar !!

This is an amazing experience. The hotel is so incredibly beautiful. Our room was exquisitely decorated. The service is over the top. Staff are trained to address all your needs. The daily activities are varied. The yoga and Pilates instructor was very good, and I loved the daily classes. The lap pools are very very long. The sunsets are a daily show. Honestly, the most spoiled that we have ever been in a resort. Don’t miss this experience.

Superb hotel with exceptional service from everyone. Great beach and all the minor detail you could possibly wish for . Large location so always feels quiet and peaceful even if the hotel is busy- exceptional breakfast options . A superb place , great for long weekends and getaways in general . Would very highly recommend

The resort is beautiful, quiet, with excellent interior to exterior designs and decorations. I like very details of it. Breakfast was delicious with variable choices of food which may take me a few weeks to try them all. The spa is awesome. I can get lost if they don’t show me the exit. It feels like you come to a different world, beautiful and relaxing. We came with another couple and the wife told me that she felt as if staying in paradise. The staffs are super friendly. We always say hi to one another with a smile and they are very helpful when we asked for information. It was my first time to Phú Quốc. I may not know nor stay at other hotels but if I ever come again, I would chose to stay ay this resort and will stay longer. I said this because I did have a chance to stay at high-end, Montage, Hawaii, but staying at Regent Phú Quốc inspired me to write this heartfelt review.

It’s an amazing hotel, we went to Phu quoc to stay at the Regent. We stayed on Their normal room with a sea view is huge, really big, clean, high quality finishing. After couple of days we changed our room to Pool Villa with Terrace. We stayed in many high class hotels around the world but this room “Pool villa with terrace” was the best one ever. Pool in the room is very big and trees around provides amazing shade. Bathroom, living room bedroom are all exceptional. Public pool in the hotel are nice there are 4 of them 2 of them in the roof top and 1 roof top pool is adults only but that didn’t matter for us as the other roof top pool also very nice which is for families too. Only one think I want to give review on, lunch was a bit of problem, Rice Market only has a dinner menu which is too much for a lunch time after having a big breakfast (pastries are amazing), so you only have one lunch option which is Oceans restaurant also has the same menu with dinner time. It would be really ideal if they changed the menu do more snacks and small appetizers for lunch time. Also has 2 bars and both adult only. We like to go to bars during our holiday we couldn’t because we have a child. I think there should be another bar for everyone. It’s often on this kind of hotels kids are allowed anywhere. Other than these 2 points. I definitely recommend it. It’s perfect in every way.

Definitely best in the island! Excellent service which every staffs are friendly and polite. Constantly greetings which is always nice. Super nice concierge and service team. Condition is very good in the room and the whole resorts. Definitely will stay again. Nice breakfast and excellent pool. Only wish the activities will have more slot or space because it’s so easy to get fully booked.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Food in hotel is excellent too. Super clean and comfortable. Suitable for family and retreat hotel.

It would be great if resort include Phu Quoc signature dishes in the restaurant.
