For the first time in my life, book in front of the room but not in the room, there is no room :))))) 1 experience of remembering life, just like homelessness begging for accommodation :)))) we book 2 nights of bumbum hostel, confirmed and exported booking. We came before "hotel" (!!!) at 23:50, and of course before that it was clearly stated in the special request when the book was late checkin at 23h45. Arriving, it was really strange because the bumbum hostel table was just a tiny light board, and the big sign like the one on the app, it didn't. Instead of the sunny name table (?!), It just started from here: the inspector is "big" and says that the room is out, calling other staff, they don't know anything about our booking, and seems to know nothing about the agent too :))))) then they said that because I checked in late, the hotel let others sleep too nghỉ (oh my god ....!)))) We are "hard", so they said that maybe the morning part-time staff did not get the booking information, we got the guest in our VIP room too (?!?!?!). Now they will ask someone to drive us to another hotel in the same system, but quite far away. Ask the hotel what my name is for me to check on the internet, the staff said, "I'm not sure, let me call you again!" (Oh yeah?!?!?!) I and you go with stress and don't satisfied with such treatment. So they had to put it another way, to sneak a single room of a monthly tenant, who was returning home a few more days to return, let us sleep for the first night, and the room the next night when we checked out put .... Open the room and see, oh, very bad. Everything is very boring. Narrow like nostrils, moldy and quilts ... there are fire ants !!!! Where to pull, ants fire there ... So we went to search website immediately to call another hotel, because we really couldn't stay here anymore. Sometimes thought desperately because of nearly 10 full places, but it was really good or not, and we called the hotel very good quality, only 1 room right. Although the price is more expensive ... 3 times, but totally worth it. I don't understand how to manage the booking of this hotel, but it is horrible when the customer has booked it. When I arrive, my room is "busy". have not received. And everything is really not-as-a-picture. Bad. Terrible disappointment. What do you think if the night of 12 o'clock is helpless, I don't know where to sleep, even if the place has been booked all week? ....

good rooms, autumn view, tv full use

Room is compact, very clean and has separate entrance from reception desk. Very good location, in small street then quiet. I like the yellowish lights that are pleasing to eyes. The only annoying thing is the very loud exhauster in bathroom I found no way to shut up (without switching off the light). Outside is beautifully decorated hallway with comfortable seats.

The room of the 4-room interior is a bit old, not sure, the room is quite stuffy. But in return the price is quite ok and the space is friendly, the staff are also pleasant. Can come back

The room is quite clean and comfortable. But the tolet is a bit small and the tolet door is in my room whenever the noise is turned on and off.

Room is clean, I enjoyed it. I will come back if I have a chance to return to Can Tho

Cheap rooms, travel that get the room rate is great, however the room I found less room cleaning, quite dissatisfied with it. Everything is great.

I like the friendliness of this hostel.

Lovely place right in the city center with very cheap price. They also have hot water, air conditioner and fairly good wifi also, which is a huge advantage. I chose a dorm bed but luckily didn't have to share the room with anyone else. However the room smells not good whenever I enter the room since the window is not open. Also, my type of room doesn't seem to have a locker, so you'd better double-check before taking it.

The room is small, the lights are dim, so the whole lighting system is better. Simple but beautiful space.
