The room was a bit old, and the bedding wasn't very clean, with a lot of lint. The breakfast buffet wasn't good; the hotel needs to improve, or maybe it's just the overall quality that I found unappetizing. The staff were enthusiastic. The view was beautiful.

What I liked most was probably the infinity pool here; it's 1.35 meters deep and extends endlessly, with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was okay, but acceptable. There was a young, handsome receptionist at check-in, but he was a bit rude. When we arrived early and asked if rooms were available, he replied something like, "What do you think? Is there a room available at this time?" or something like that (I don't remember the exact words). Overall, I'll give it 3.5-4 stars. The hotel's structure is a bit unusual; the front is on the 3rd floor, but the back is on the 5th floor, something like that.

The hotel is a bit old but is being renovated. It has a beautiful location with views of the castle and mountains, and the food is not too bad, it's acceptable. Thank you, Nguyen Van Quan, for being so friendly and even helping me check in early.
