An exceptional experience at the Elephant Camp, especially for the amazing customer service! Friendly and very attentive to details and took great care to make sure everything was arranged perfectly. The facility itself is beautiful - huge well-equipped tent-rooms with a view of the mist from Victoria Falls. Comfortable beds and very clean. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely “Tented” camp. Tents have separate bathrooms and living space and lovely bed w/ nighttime netting. Services are great and the manager Tendai was incredible at making sure you had excursions and meals planned to your own liking. I will definitely go back.

Excellent stay, wish I could have stayed longer. All the staff were very super friendly and I enjoyed all the activities included. The rooms were special, really enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The air conditioning worked well and made the sleep comfortable. All the food I had was tasty and there was really great variety. You won’t regret your stay here!

We had an absolutely amazing 4 nights spent at The Elephant Camp. We had been looking forward to our trip for almost 2 years ( we had to delay for Covid reasons) and it did not disappoint!!! The staff are all wonderful; nothing is too much trouble. The tents are fabulous, the food is delicious and all the included excursions were great. We thought it was excellent value for money and will not hesitate to recommend to all our family and friends. We will hopefully be coming back to visit in the future!

The staff and management could not have made my stay any more comfortable - both friendly and accomodating. The hospitality and activities that are included in the stay are amazing - the Elephant encounter and the visit to the Wildlife trust are highlights, as was the sundowners looking over the gorge. The serenity and tranquillity are fantastic. 10 out of 10

A wonderful personal service in beautiful surroundings, with luxury accommodation and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All inclusive was just that, including doing your laundry. Some trips were extra but transport was provided to meet the trip transport. The staff were friendly, helpful, polite and informative. The evening meal choices were restrictive and had no vegetarian option, but I got the impression that if we had asked for something different, it would have been provided. They even drove us the 30 minutes to their other property ‘Old Drift’ for lunch, when we asked what it was like, at no extra cost (this was luxurious too, by the Zambezi river). We loved our stay at Elephant Camp and were made to feel special. We would highly recommend it.

The staff was absolutely amazing - so friendly and knowledgeable and adaptable to our changing schedule. The food was plentiful and delicious, and served whenever we wanted! The included perks were beyond wonderful - airport transport and laundry were great for logistical reasons, but the elephant encounter, canopy zip line, sunset at the gorge (x2) and tour of the falls were all so amazing. We can’t say enough positive things about this place. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we hope to repeat someday. If you’re on the fence, you must do it, and you won’t regret it for a second.

We were originally supposed to stay at the Elephant Camp but it was under renovations so we were moved to the Old Drift Lodge - so this is really a review for that amazing property! It was 5 star from the moment we arrived. The entire staff, from our guide Khule to the wait and cleaning staff, all went above and beyond to make this trip the most memorable ever. We didn't have to worry about a thing - food, adventures, safari drives, boat cruises, laundry - all included. We will be back!

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had here. Not only were the property and room incredibly beautiful, but the staff really made the trip perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as personal guests and had a dedicated activity partner who helped plan our days from sunup to sundown and keep us on schedule, and personal guides for our activities that were friendly and knowledgeable. We did not have to worry about a thing. The variety of activities that were offered (most included with the rate) were awesome and we were non-stop all day. Our only regret was not staying longer, since we were so busy that we had little time to truly enjoy the beautiful and romantic tented suite. 2 nights is NOT enough here!! We will be back!
