Okay and good, no need to queue.

The kids were very happy to go on holiday to Ancol. Especially buying tickets using the application. Lots of discounts, easy and all in all, it was great.

Finally came here again with my children, last time I came here was in 2011.

Great Place, food and staff.....

Went to Samudra Ancol on May 29, it wasn't too crowded, so all the shows could be watched comfortably. The place is also clean.

The staff at the location were very friendly in helping with the ticket exchange process, there were information boards so you knew the directions.

It was so full of school kids, so I didn't get the chance to see them

Bought 9 combo tickets (Samudra, Seaworld & Jakarta Birdland) on weekdays for 9 people, the intention was for a long family vacation but it turned out to be useless. Samudra attractions were reduced and not as complete as weekends, 5D cinema was scheduled twice but both were under maintenance, Seaworld could not be entered at all because it was sterilized so it was a waste of money for 9 tickets that could not be used. Jakarta Birdland tickets were not informed to enter via the front door so if you enter via Samudra you can only get to the show area. Lots of schedules but underperformed, it's the same as lying. Not recommended & unsatisfied. Think twice if you take a combo ticket, Monday-Friday. Weekends are also not guaranteed.

We really enjoyed our time at Ocean Samudra Ancol. All staff were kind and helpful. The shows were on time yet fun and entertaining, and they always informed the visitor through megaphone about the incoming show.

It's quite exciting, but it's raining so the children's rides aren't operational for the time being.

The ocean is really suitable for children, it's really fun if you come here again, you have to start early in the morning so you can play to your heart's content.

It's really cool, there are lots of animal shows and it's fun.

Awesome, such a fun holiday, hopefully there will be more promotions for the staff, their service is great.

Overall, it is recommended for traveling with family.
