Nice park, beautiful ambience. Must be to visit with family.

The zoo was amazing! The lion and tiger exhibits were the highlights to me—majestic and thrilling to watch up close. Their enclosures were spacious and well-kept. We were lucky to catch a seasonal live attraction, which was exciting and completely free. A great spot for a fun and memorable day with family or with your friends.

Ticket exchange is easy and fast.

A lot of animals, there's free shuttle bus provided to reach certain areas, some animals look quite thin. The zoo is bigger than expected, and it would be a better experience if it's not raining. Zoo and souvenir shops close at 5pm.

All the staff were very helpful and really enjoyed walking around looking at the animals.

the ticket exchange process is a bit long. there aren't really many rides, so it's more for enjoying. for the price it's worth it, only the photos are expensive if redeemed and the elephant ride is very overpriced at 410,000 per person

My family was very happy with the visit to Bali Zoo.

It's cool, but the shuttle bus facility doesn't last long enough to get around.

It's fun, the children learn a lot and are brave enough to get close to the animals. The staff are also very supportive of dangerous animals like tigers.

It's so much fun to take your kids on holiday to Bali Zoo.

the ticket exchange process is very bad, they only prioritize foreign tourists....even though Bali zoo is in Indonesia....we were offended as Indonesian citizens, and when we put on the bracelets we were told to put them on ourselves....very bad, remember you are still in Indonesia, you know.....the ticket price is too expensive for a zoo where there are very few animals

The experience of going to Bali Zoo was very enjoyable, there were many animals on display, but in my opinion the directions were still lacking, especially for the way out. Because I had to go around the same location several times to find a way out because there were no clear directions.

buy tickets online, easy to enter, no long queues. when entering the deer enclosure, the stench is so pungent, many tourists want to vomit. buy mineral water, some are 20 thousand, some are 30 thousand, even though there is no difference in size, the brand is also the same. maybe if you go to a different cafe, it will definitely be 40 thousand times 😅

the zoo is unexpectedly large, the facilities are good and clean. i love the one where we can roam free in a place where there are birds, ducks and lemurs

It was really fun, the toilets were quite clean but unfortunately there were some that hadn't been opened yet so there were still some animals that weren't ready, there were still some renovations. The meet and greet birds event was really fun, interactive with visitors. You can see various types of animals up close. But when you wanted to ride an elephant, the queue was really long, there were a lot of foreign tourists who were already queuing so you didn't have time to ride the elephant.
