Playing at Waterbom while in Bali is highly recommended, especially if you are on holiday with small children! So far everything is ok!

The rides are cool, but please for the officers on duty at the flow rider, don't force them to do this and that pose, it's my first time and I'm still adapting so I don't enjoy it

Waterbom is good. It's crowded on weekdays, let alone weekends. There are quite a lot of rides but there's still a queue. Hehe.

A very amazing experience. Bring the family to play in the waterboom. All the facilities are good.

March 2025. S11 Climax, I got stuck in the middle of the slide. I was quite panicked and the staff was quick to help me out. S6 Smashdown was very fast, maybe only 3 seconds, fun. The staff helped show me the way if I got lost, there was only one staff whose mouth was not well guarded.

The place is comfortable for water toys, the staff are friendly and very helpful in providing information.

The children's rides are very good and complete, my child is satisfied. There are also many adult slides. Delicious food, good facilities. However, I feel annoyed with the staff. They said the last time to return towels is 17:30, after that time my deposit will not be returned. I was in a hurry, I didn't even have time to take a shower. It turned out that you can still take a deposit at 18:00. My family was very annoyed, feeling cheated by the staff. But even so, we will still come back again
