Ticket exchange is very easy, staff is very helpful, there is a shuttle from the entrance to the parking lot. A very exciting new experience.

The staff is very friendly, but the alpha capha is too expensive

In my personal opinion, there is a lack of direction/instructions on where we should go first or recommendations on a, b, c first because we are new and only know about Aurora Media Park🗿,,,

It's really good, the staff are friendly and welcoming when we first arrived there.

The staff I asked near the statue were not very informative, I asked for the location of the restaurant (requested by someone other than Luna) but was confused and directed to the wrong road, to Aurora Park. After wandering around hungry, luckily there was a shuttle driver who helped and took me straight to the restaurant.

An exciting place especially at night. A must visit place.

Overall, this tourist spot that doubles as Luna Beach Club is amazing! The location is okay, clean, comfortable, the staff also has very good SOP standards. Rate 9.5/10.
