The rides are so cool! Boomerang is crazy, but addictive.. Clean, nice interior, lots of photo spots, lots of food, there is a prayer room.. Just a suggestion if possible all the rides are ready at the beginning of opening hours, yesterday was a bit of a waste of time because of waiting.

Highly recommended to buy on the app, lots of affordable price promotions.

Honestly, during weekends/holiday season when exchanging tickets, it's really crowded and queuing to ride the rides too. The place is clean, the rides are also really fun Don't worry about being hungry, there are many food tenants inside.

Upgrading to a VIP ticket because it was a long weekend was very helpful, but the officers were a bit rude to some of the ones guarding Pacific Crime.

I came here on April 29, 2025, I got a ticket for 100 thousand, it was really fun to be able to get all the rides because it was a weekday, so I only met a few school study tour groups. The rides were also good and well-maintained, it was really fun. The only downside is that the food and drinks are really expensive, you are not allowed to bring food and drinks inside, but drinking water in a tumbler is still allowed. Only one 650ml mineral water costs 20 thousand. But overall it's really great, it's really worth it, especially since you only got it for 100k on Traveloka.

The rides and attractions offered are diverse, information related to the rides is also given clearly, so it is easy to determine the appropriate ride for each. but it is indeed super crowded. for those who do not enjoy the queue, VIP access can be the right solution

the first time to trans studio cibubur was an exciting and fun experience for the three of us. the ticket price is affordable, and the rides are really fun. although there are some rides that we haven't had the chance to ride, but we are happy. the staff are friendly and can provide good information. but in my opinion the food variants there are not many, maybe because the place is limited. but its okay we are still happy playing there.

The ticket exchange process itself takes a long time... there shouldn't be any need for ticket exchanges anymore if there are barcodes... so it's like buying tickets at the place where you have to queue first.

Overall happy for the family, although the rides are not many and less for children aged 3-4 years but there are many entertaining shows. Suggestion to come early and on weekdays so you can try all the rides here.
