Yesterday, Jan 25, 2020... I got a great massage... Love it

I booked for me and my partner in separate transaction. But when it comes to the schedule, they made confirmation and I was able to ask them to make those order into the same room (couple). The therapists were polite and good at what they do. Definitely will repeat the booking!

It was good but the massage not full 120 min as we finished 2h including shower for 2 people in a row.

The place is clean, comfortable. Luckily I got a very good therapist, 2.5 hours was very pleasant. But because when there were not many customers, so there were not many people at the location, the room became very cold. There are times when I feel very cold when massaged. And lots of noise from outside the room so it's a bit hard to feel relaxed. But overall good. NEST spirit! :)

Nest dimana pun tidak pernah mengecewakn. Terbaik lah!!

Pijatannya kayak di spa biasa bukan di massage

Sudah 2x kesini karena promo Traveloka. Kali ini dapat ruangan yang cukup dingin, jadi ngga keringetan pas massage. Untuk massage, ngga sampe favorit banget ya. Terapis kadang pijitnya pelan, kadang kencang. Pas kita mau ketiduran, massage nya jadi lambat. Jadi kurang worth dibanding dengan harganya ya.

Pijatnya enak dan bertenaga meskipun terapisnya cewek

Orang yang pijit saya terlalu keras, awalnya lumayan pas, lama kelamaan semakin keras sehingga bahu saya besoknya sakit

My therapist is very unfriendly. No smile at all, no asking massage strength weather is enough or not. She gave me to hard massage its very painful, I can feel on my skin she has a long nails also. I cannot enjoy rather than thinking when will it finish. She also never fully close the door, and very rough. Very bad experience.

AC tdk berfungsi. Waktu tunggu di receptionist, udara sdh terasa panas & pengap. Receptionistnya bilang, sedang ada maintenance dari management gedung, namun di dlm ruangan AC nya lebih terasa (lebih dingin). Pada saat mulai terapi, udara malah lebih panas & pengap & saat saya tanya ke terapisnya, ybs bilang sdh 3 bulan AC nya seperti itu. Karena udara yg pengap ini, tdk bisa rileks & tdk bisa menikmati perawatan yg saya pilih

Ramah, bersih dan tempatnya nyaman. Nih ke berapa kali aku datang ke nest, sebenarnya aku juga member disana cuman lagi ada promo buy 1 get 1 di traveloka jadi sekalian deh ajakin temen buat nyobain. Terima kasih ya promonya traveloka dan sering-sering promo buy 1 get 1 nya... Hehehe

For the massage is quite good... Enjoy it after all but room is hot as no aircons function. The staffs said the aircons are under maintenance... So not really a pleasant experience. No wind and getting hot as massage being done. Also it's quite inconvenience as if you wanna go toilet you have to go outside as it's not provided inside the spa.

24 November 2019. Overall treatmentnya ok. Tapi untuk yang mau treatment mungkin bisa ke cabang Nest lain. Karena Nest cabang Lippo Mal Puri panas, AC tidak jalan. Ternyata sudah seperti itu untuk 3 bulan terakhir menurut pegawai Nest di sana. Sayang sekali saya baru tau setelah tiba di sana.

So relaxing . Sebaiknya booking terlrbih dahulu sebelum datang . Tidak membutuhkan waktu yg lama untuk segera dilayani. Therapisnya pijatannya enak dan terampil , cekatan juga sangat baik.
