the spa was a bit dirty and i feel like the treatment wasn't very thorough.

the spa is in the hotel/villa barn. the place is really cozy, sis evi therapist is really good the massage. the room is also private and there is a bathtub for soaking. overall great

Pada saat saya tiba, spa tutup😵‍💫 padahal sudah di telp trlbh dahulu di H-1. Untungnya pihak spa mau bekerja sama dan refund package saya. Itupun tdnya mreka tdk mau lgsg mengembalikan tp saya diminta menunggu 1 minggu sampai mereka berhasil menjual tiket saya ke tamu lain. saya tentu tdk mau. dan mereka akhrnya mengembalikan dana saya full. notes : bagi yg mau beli, sebaiknya book min H-1 dan kalau dr pihak mreka bilang tdk usah book, sebaiknya hrs ttp ngotot utk book krn kalau tdk, nama anda tdk akan di catat sama sekali dan kejadian spt saya bs terjadi.

For service problems when the spa is okay. But the ordering process is quite complicated and sad. I ordered traveloka h-2, then also by call h-1, but when it said there were no bookings on my behalf. Please improve the team work next time. Hopefully it can be used as evaluation material. Suksma.

Nice spa around Seminyak so far! Just wanna comment about the Hotel security. I’m a bit disappointed with them. Just because I’m a local they asked me to park at the place so far away from the lobby (staff parking area either). And then I saw there were many foreigners parking right in front of the lobby. I have to walk far away from the parking to the Lobby. Come on, I’m a guest as well.

Suka dengan suasana dan ruang spanya. Bathtub yg gede, shower outdoor, ruang spa yang full kaca. Dapet banget suasana alaminya... Therapistnya mungkin agar ditingkatkan lagi terutama part scrubbing

Dengan segala keramahan dan kelembutan saat dipijit membuat saya tertidur pulas saking menikmatinya...

Saya ambil paket body scrub massage dan bubble bath tapi ternyata massage tidak dapat hanya body scrub dan bubble bath

saya tidak foto bersama tapi cukup menyenangkan bisa relaksasi
