Favorite place to have my self-pamper time. I had Kerastase treatment here. Therapist was accommodating, communicative, treatment was superb. Will definitely come back here for my next treatment.

The information given by the central admin and at the counter is very different. It made me waste time going back and forth. The WA admin from the center said that I could not use 2 vouchers in 1 day. It had to be on the next day. Even though the date I made the appointment was not on the same day when I ordered the treatment or haircut. Well, when I arrived at the salon, the cashier said that 2 different vouchers could be used. Because I also took the treatment and haircut with different vouchers. That's all, the rest is okay.

Tried the haircut with Mas Tavin and it turned out to be suitable, the hair spa also worked great!! Fast redeem process.

I really enjoyed my treatment here. Been a loyal customer and I'm a fan of this ritual. I upgraded my package to the Deluxe Ritual one and I didn't regret it. Mba Mia the therapist really gives excellent service. There's only 1 downside from the treatment yesterday, it's the quietness and privacy of the treatment room. I saw a male customer roaming around the treatment room and it made me uncomfortable to change my clothes to the one that's been prepared. There's also this 1 female customer who talked really loud when chit chat-ing with other customer and her therapist. I hope next time the team can manage it better because the treatment room supposed to be quiet.
