There are lots of mosquitoes... can't sleep... oh my God... the mosquitoes are very vicious and very uncomfortable

The staff is not professional in serving..we came from far away and were told to go home immediately because it was full. After that, he redeemed my ticket and it was lost in the order. Luckily I was careful. It turned out that my ticket for 2 pax 980 RB had been redeemed..by the staff while I was told to go home because it was full even though not a single guest was seen in the Erha Pengayaman facial room..I was very disappointed later after I complained, they only served me and said okay ma'am, we will call the therapist...it's really a shame...I was the first to try ERHA's facilities, it was very disappointing...the facial was not on time...the facial was very fast...because I was in a hurry to go home...please pay attention to the reception staff so that they can serve your users well...we really need wise and good service..thank you!
