Called early in the day to book our appointment (for 2 people) at 2PM. Arrived at 2PM and reception told us no staff was available for us yet, without any prior notice. They told us to come back in 45 minutes - at 3PM we came back and still had to wait another 15-20 minutes. They could manage their reservations better and be honest if the salon is overbooked or give us a call to notify if our booking needs to be delayed. Not very happy as it was a lot of waste of our time.

Homey nice salon atmosphere. For service, staff, treatment rooms, etc., there are still many better ones

It's better if one hair stylist holds 1 client. Don't let the previous client wait just because the hair stylist is handling a new client.
