It was an amazing concert with her talented skill combine with beautiful song .

The concert was so so beyond expectations

Everything is arranged well and neatly. When I picked it up the bracelet was also neat. and entering the building to watch has been arranged properly

Diana didn't have good show(wo)manship, and didn't show effort to compensate for that. She looked forced and unenthusiastic to talk to the audience. Selection of songs played throughout concert is very, very monotonous and didn't feature her hit songs that the audience had hoped to hear. Her piano playing was great as expected, and the Steinway sounded very good, better than I expected -- well done on this.

The performance was below par. Very little interactions, poor song choices, nothing memorable.

The ticket exchange process went smoothly. the queue to the seats was smooth. the quality of the event was very good and enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. Eventho there was a change in venue a week before the concert day, but they handled it nicely. Queueing was fast, venue was good. Diana Krall was stunning with her band! Definitely 10/10 👍🏼

fantastic concert.. easy que.. nice seating.. what will be good is in other country phone is not allowed to take pictures or videos during concert.. and no children allowed..

Really good experience, everyting is very good. Only one advise when we want to start, there is no MC to opening and ask the audience to stand up for sing together indonesia raya 🙏

The seat was moved. The seating did not match the seat map when buying the ticket. I didn't buy the cheapest ticket but got the back seat. If I had known, I would have just bought the cheapest ticket.

Event was moved to smaller place. Sound quality was not that good. Ordered early bird but seated at last rows.
