Great payment. But the service needs more time to waiting list. Some people didn't do drive-thru. They out from their car because the long time to wait.

Everything went smoothly and redemption process was not complicated.

The laboratory officer does not input the swab results into the care-protect application so that the results do not appear directly in the application

The redeem is very easy, just redeem it through the application. the result is already integrated with caringprotect so departure is very easy.

the process should be faster, just from the start I had to tell the payment department straight away that I had paid because I waited 30 minutes just waiting to be called to pay even though I had already gone through Traveloka. I wasn't there before. but when you get the info, if you use traveloka, it will be processed immediately for testing. the results come out after 3 hours by email

Though bit slow. However drive through was good experience. The already registered information on app had to be re-filled up again on the paper forms - which could have been managed better though. Rest it was good experience

The purchase process at Traveloka is fast and redeeming at Eka Hospital is also easy and fast. But when I swab there was a technical error but I still understand because I have swab there many times and it was always fast before

Long queue & slow assistance. Once it was my car turn, the staff had the audacity to assist this one car from behind me; that car parked in front of me & the staff tested that person first? Also, I did not receive my result by 24.00, I called eka hospital, they said they have already sent 3 emails to my account & I received nothing. But once they sent it to my friends’ email, it succeeded, my friend sent it to me via whatsapp, and I tried to email it from my yahoo account to my gmail account, and IT WORKED. So how come I can send the pdf to my gmail but they couldn’t? Please fix the customer service, thank you.
