The service is good, but for the notification service the results are very bad. I did the PCR test at 4 pm, I was told there was a delay that the results would only come out at 7 pm the next day (>24 hours). I waited at 7 o'clock, the results have not come out. I tried to find a way to contact the PCR staff (previously there was no info on where to contact) and after that I was promised to get results at 11 pm. After 11pm, I still have no results. I tried calling various numbers but to no avail, previously I was promised that these numbers were ready to be called 24 hours. Very bad and disappointing service. Very bad.
