My experience at Diag Nguyen Du was extremely bad. Because I ran out of test samples at Dinh Tien Hoang CN, I had to move to CN ND. The information desk is placed in the direct sunlight without any customer support such as umbrellas, or curtains for the waiting area behind. The waiting area is extremely hot. There is only 1 nurse staff on duty to support nearly 20 customers at a time, which is extremely long and takes the customer's time.

Closer to the departure date, I don't need to take a test in Ho Chi Minh City, so I want to change to another date / back but this ticket is limited, so I will consider it as a waiver.

The diag operation hour state from 13:00-17:00 when I book it but suddenly during holiday the operation change to 7:00-11:00 without any notice, I was unable to redeem as I came on 14:00.

The opening time is too limited, you can't register but you can't test because you have to go to the airport and can't wait for the opening time and wait for the test center

No status updates. Missed to buy for a flight during Tet, but currently airport procedures do not need to be tested and the center's working schedule is not updated. From then on, the book cannot be canceled, refunded or moved to another occasion. Customers lose money, more importantly, the reliance on such accompanying utility services.

The info about opening time of Diag on Traveloka is incorrect. As the opening time showed on Traveloka is 13.00 to 17.00 Mon to Sun, we came to Diag at 15.00 on Sunday and learned that on Sunday they are open in the morning only. Bad experience!

I have paid for the covid test service. Until the day I went to test, my side did not send me the QR code of the evoucher. Called the switchboard thousands of times and did not answer the phone. The response is not processed. Service is too bad. It is best not to have this service so that the guests are not upset.
