Easy exchange, the place is clean and the staff and security guards are very friendly, responsive when we need them. The security guards also sometimes supervise the playground area.

There are many slides, so there is no fighting. There are also slides for ages starting from crawling. There is also a small cafe inside for just drinking and snacking. PS: the price listed is actually all you can eat, not for one hour, because when inside there were no officers calling the children to stop.

My child enjoys playing there, the place is not too big. The waiting area is not very comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and new. At Joy & Fun Botanica, I was told that playing here actually requires a passport to collect stickers, even though I was never told anything like this at previous branches.

I just saw a playground where the employees are really nice, the cleanliness is really top notch. They even wipe down children's toys like fruits one by one. That effort makes us really believe in the cleanliness of PG JoY n FUn d'Botanica
