It's fun to work, and the staff is really friendly, so it's fun, not boring and I'm happy because as a teenager I feel nostalgic.

Very interesting, many activities are useful for children's knowledge, training self-confidence and socializing.

the activities are awesome for kids. the kids was having fun time. it was unfortunate there were not much activities for the parents.

The kids really enjoyed playing here. One day is not enough to explore the whole place. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My suggestion is if you come here, don't come on a long weekend so you don't have to queue for a long time and parents can join in playing too.

The staff were all friendly and attempted to speak English whenever possible. There was no queue for the activities and a few activities that allowed parents to join. Overall, a fun place to go and be prepared to be there full day.

All the staffs are very friendly from the beginning to the end of the game. All the equipment looks clean. My son likes it. It's just a bit hot. But overall as long as my son is happy I'm happy. Thank you

I've been to kidzania jakarta, and it turns out that surabaya is smaller so there are fewer games. unfortunately it's already closed in the afternoon, so I wasn't satisfied playing. overall the kids really enjoyed it, they were very satisfied, playing from opening hours until closing time being looked after by the employees, it didn't feel like it, and there were some games that they hadn't tried. but the fun thing in surabaya is that teens can join in. if it were in jakarta, even parents would be embarrassed to play, all the kids hwaa... let's expand kidzania surabaya.... want to go in again.... btw, in the last hour one of my kids lost his passport. I've looked everywhere but it's not there, until he went down to the parking lot (because he got off at the mall) he still couldn't find it, between giving up and being nervous, but hoping to find it. eh when I was about to go home because it was closed, I asked immigration to come out, because I thought I saw the cover of jakarta hanging there, it turned out to be true, I found it. Hurray it didn't disappear... Thank you for those who found it and reported it to the officers.

It's really fun, there are lots of games, but you have to come a bit early to be able to play them all. But for some games, the queue is really long and it takes quite a bit of time.

First time at Kidzlandia, basically it is a nice place to introduce professions for our children. The staff are very helpful in explaining. Good experience and the place is quite clean.
