The staff is very friendly, and there are lots of play areas.

Really satisfied playing all day at Tropicana... Never get bored... Now if you go to a waterpark you don't have to go far.

The water is clean, there are many pools. It's really worth it for a family vacation.

the floor is not very clean, because there are many puddles on the streets and leaf litter, it seems like their cleanliness is not being taken care of. the locker rental is still with cash, now it is digital-based, please update it. if you buy it at Traveloka, the ticket is not scanned. but the results of our purchase are photographed and then sent to the officer's WA, what's the point if there is already a QR code from Traveloka. for the officers, they are not very friendly in my opinion.. then for the uniforms, please pay attention, they are not neat.. I think it's enough to just come here once... :) .

The kids love swimming here...the food is also delicious...the toilets are clean...but why aren't there any keys? Hehehehe....is it because the toilets are also for rinsing? Overall, everything is okay

first arrived, checked in at the ticket counter. entered greeted with snacks, went straight to the canteen. the children's pool near the canteen was dirty. and some of the pools had dirty and green water. luckily the kids were happy because almost all the pools were child-friendly and the waves in the wave pool were not too big so it was safe as long as it was maintained. there were quite a lot of places for women to rinse off and they were clean. overall good, just improve the cleanliness of the pool.

I came at the wrong time, it was during Eid holiday so it was really crowded but I could still enjoy swimming here.. the place is nice, there are indoor and outdoor areas.. recommended.

the area is quite large and the pools are quite varied, there are also artificial waves at certain times. There are also many places to rinse off, the pool water is quite clean except in the children's/toddler pool in front of the main canteen (It seems that many visitors do not use swimming diapers for their children, so they really want to pee). It is not recommended to play in the water in that area, it is better to go to the upper pool area which is cleaner

The washrooms are better than the ones in Cibinong.

The place is clean and comfortable, my child is very happy, there is a wave pool that makes the atmosphere even more exciting.

maybe because it was during the Ramadan holiday, it was really really not good. The children's pool smelled really bad of pee and the rinsing room only used curtains without hooks. even though they were women, if they didn't know each other, they would feel uncomfortable.

good, but tonight it's a bit crowded because it's a holiday, there will be fewer officers. It should be more supervised when it's a holiday again.

Confused about the entrance ticket price, I feel like the price is 49,59,69, it's the same, there's no difference, everyone can swim in all the pools, have access to all of them. So I'm a bit disappointed buying the platinum one, the only difference is getting a ticket with a different denomination to play in the playzone inside Ramayana.
