the game is very dead and very boring

the ticket exchange process is very difficult, we were thrown here and there. we had already queued for soooooo long because it was during the Eid holiday, but then we found out that we couldn't redeem the tickets there. finally the staff helped us and we were able to use it, but it turned out that the game card couldn't be used in all games except for 1 game which was dance. we ordered 3 tickets times 11 games. total played 33 times, really didn't enjoy it because if we wanted to play we had to call the officer first to unlock the game. really complicated.... some of the games were also broken, the ball throwing game had lost its balls, the mouse hitting game no longer had a hammer. most of the game machines were turned off. finally because we were in a hurry we just played anywhere just to finish the 33x playing tickets. didn't enjoy it, not fun. please improve kidcity trans world
