The tour guide and driver are cute and friendly. The tour was a bit tiring because of the sun and traveling all day. More suitable for foreign guests because they go to many places. The food budget is a bit inadequate, because you can only go to one restaurant to eat, so it's more advantageous to eat in a group.

Good tour, on time and with detailed destination guidance. The car and water are all nice, a very efficient choice for foreign tourists

About the vehicle, guide, john tour is ok. but the trip schedule is still missing points, as in the schedule is to go to Tranh stream but they do not take guests. I have questions, the hdv replied that the tour schedule is old, now has changed, if changed, need to notify customers through traveloka in advance, but the way to handle it is still unprofessional. I feel that the final impression of the trip is a specialty shopping tour, not a sightseeing tour. feel so bad

The guides were extremely helpful and friendly. I was the only foreigner there (probably due to covid pandemic) but they made sure that I did not feel left out and would explain in English on anything that I wanted to know. The guide was also very considerate, and made extra sure nobody got left behind. Overall, we had a fun experience and would recommend to all!
