- Plus points: The tour guide is enthusiastic, speaks English very well and is easy to listen to, cares about each member of the group, and does not leave anyone behind. Along the way, there are almost any locations with stories about them, she introduces them all. - The food on the tour is normal - Minus points: The company should call the customers the day before/a few hours early so that the customers can prepare. I went on the morning tour but I did not know what time I would be picked up so I could wake up and prepare. I had to go on the app and proactively call the number on the app to know the bus's departure time. I really do not like this.
